Web Developer
We are looking for web developers to join our team full-time in our Silicon Valley offices. Very well-qualified candidates will have been using Ruby on Rails extensively, have an excellent knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and CSS, and experience in TDD.

Web Designer
We need an expert Graphic Designer with excellent XHTML and CSS skills to join our team full-time in our Silicon Valley office. The right individual will have experience designing user interfaces for web applications, will have good typographical skills, a strong foundation in design principles, and will be as passionate about great design, semantic markup, and web standards as we are about our Ruby code.
Some programming experience is a plus, but is not required for this position.

Developer Intern
As an intern at FastPencil, inc. your responsibilities will include both development and testing of software applications. You’ll work exclusively with the Ruby on Rails framework. The well-qualified candidate will have experience with RoR, but if you don’t have Ruby or Ruby on Rails experience, that's all right — if you have experience with Java, Perl, PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, or Javascript, we still would like to talk with you.
