Summary

When Ted Snyder met Jerry Snodgrass at the memorial site of Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, little did he know that they would become very good friends. Both men shared, with each other, their lives since the attack, and both of them agreed that the majority of those who lost loved ones and friends during the 9/11attack wanted some form of revenge. They made plans to meet in Saratoga Springs, NY on 9/11 of 2010 to discuss their plan for the preparations of the 10th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks in 2011. When Ted told Jerry of his plan for the 10th Anniversary, Ted thought he might be at risk of it being exposed to the country. Instead, Jerry was excited about the idea and said he would definitely want to be a part of it. However, they both knew they would need to reach out to others who would be willing to help them. Ted and Jerry knew they couldn't pull the plan off without additional skills they did not possess. They knew finding these skill would not be the hardest part of the plan. Convincing those necessary that their plan was important to the American people would be the hardest. It didn't matter because they were determined to follow through with it. They had plenty of time but needed to move on it quickly. Ted didn't let Jerry know that he had an ace in the hole and for him to not worry about getting the right people. Ted had a great friend who he served in the Gulf War with and knew that he would be all over this plan. Although Ted had not spoken to his friend, in over 5 years, Ted knew inside this friend would be there to help them in anyway he could. Little did Maxwell Lydic know that he was that ace in the hole that Ted was referring to. Max was on a journey to find himself and had just received a package with information that would ultimately turn his life completely around. Ironically he would be traveling to Saratoga Springs around the same time that Ted Snyder would be trying to contact him. The last conversation Ted and Jerry had was that they both agreed to meet at a quiet place in Saratoga Springs, NY for their first meeting. Ted would call and make the reservations for September 11, 2010 and they both agreed to meet up with each other at Panza's Italian restaurant on the west side of Saratoga Springs at 7pm. The wheels were in motion and Ted and Jerry knew they couldn't turn back now.
