Barbara's Favorite Recipes

Summary

This is a collection of recipes shared with me by family and friends. Some are ones I have created or recreated over time. My mother, Bessie Scatena was a wonderful cook and many of the the recipes will be ones she discovered. Some are recipes I have collected in my travels or through enjoying meals with others; while some I have experimented to create a dish after after eating at a favorite restaurant. I will write some comments about some of the recipes as to its origin and give credit to the contributor to my collection. Cooking is one of the things I enjoy most, especially when I am sharing food with family and friends.
