"The Son of the Da'Dilleck" is the first part of an epic fantasy trilogy written by comic book author Stephen Lindsay. It explores what would happen if magic --terrible, dark magic-- suddenly returned to the modern world. A new age of dragons, ogres, and goblins sweeps across our technology dependent world, crashing over it like a tidal wave. Gadgets are rendered useless, and man quickly realizes just how small he can be.

But hope, in the form of a mysterious wizard and three ordinary people, refuses to die.
