For years I had no direction, no goals, and no ambition in life. I just took whatever life threw my way living on the "crumbs." Existing, but not living life. I didn't realize until much later there is a HUGE difference between existing in life and living life. I found journaling to be an awesom tool to create direction, clearity and laser vision to achieve all your goals. While eliminating self doubt, procrastination and self centered fears.
