In 2003 Michele and Tom Williams traveled from their home in Ivey, Georgia to Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan to adopt a baby boy they named Cameron. Two years later they learned Cam had a 10-year-old sister who was available for adoption. This is the story of their journey back to Kazakhstan to complete their family.
