We have a running family joke which claims that I am forever getting on my "whimsycle" and riding around. I think that is one of the great things about being an artist. Allowing the whims of the moment to speak to you and open up areas of your heart for learning and growth. I love exploring my hometown of the bay area claifornia where there is so much scope for the imagination. Colors, peoples, textures, cities, trees you name it! I find great joy in puttering about with sketchbook in hand and getting lost in the beauties that life has to offer.
