Maryann Cocca-Leffler is the author and illustrator of over fifty books for children. She grew up in the Boston area where she received a BFA in Illustration from the Massachusetts College of Art. Many of her books were inspired by her family or her own childhood, including "Bus Route to Boston", "Princess K.I.M and the Lie That Grew" and "Mr. Tanen’s Ties".
Maryann's ebook title with fastpencil is "Wednesday is Spaghetti Day" which was originally published in 1990 by Scholastic and sold over 250,000 copies.
Upcoming books include "Rain Brings Frogs" (HarperCollins), "Princess Kim and Too Much Truth" (Albert Whitman & Co) and "A Vacation for Pooch" (Henry Holt).
