Since working with „difficult to educate youngsters“, physically and mentally challenged, as well as drug and alcohol addicted people in the 80'ies Michael Vogelsgesang’s experience in adult education programs has come a long way. He has been in top management positions and made it a standard practice to motivate all coworkers and employees with regular training. In 2003 Michael additionally became a licensed Hypnosis Practitioner and ever since worked in the field of classical hypnosis and NLP, heavily influenced by the works of Milton H. Erickson, Dr. Tad James and the Concept Therapy by Dr. Thurman Fleet.

His views, ideas and techniques have touched many people and regular feedback ensures that the desired results continue to be working for the good.
